Jaque Maribe, ex-lover Jowie Irungu to know fate next year

Journalist Jaque Maribe and ex-fiance Joseph 'Jowie' Irungu will know their fate next year after the delivery of a judgement in their murder case was pushed to January 26, 2024.

Justice Grace Nzioka who heard the case and is currently based in Naivasha said she received three sacks of exhibits from Milimani late in the day.

The two are accused of killing Monica Kimani.

Kimani was found dead at her Kilimani apartment in September 2018, with her throat slit.

Justice Nzioka was to deliver the judgement on October 6, 2023, but she was reported ill pushing the judgement to December 15.
