Retired President Uhuru Kenyatta on Saturday, August 8 held a meeting with Uganda President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni at State House, Entebbe.

According to Museveni, Uhuru visited him in his capacity as the facilitator of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) Peace Process.

After meeting him Museveni tweeted, "I received former President of the Republic of Kenya, H.E Uhuru Kenyatta, in his capacity as the facilitator of the Democratic Republic of Congo Peace Process. We had meaningful discussions and I thank him for coming."

DRC shares a border with Uganda.
