Police in Huruma, Nairobi County on Monday night arrested a robbery with violence suspect.

According to authorities, the man and his accomplices, who were aboard a motorcycle, robbed a couple of their mobile phones and other personal items near KAG Church in Huruma.

Police were alerted of the robbery, resulting in a dramatic chase that saw the man, identified as George Ngugi, being cornered and arrested within Huruma area.

His accomplices, however, managed to escape, police said.

Police records indicate that Ngugi had previously been arrested over similar allegations
