All Safaricom shops in Nairobi are to remain closed on Friday, October 6.

This is to allow a 24 hour-internal management process to take place, telco giant Safaricom announced.

Normal services will resume on Saturday, October 7.

The Safaricom shop at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) will however remain open due to the nature of services offered there.

Safaricom notified that users who require assistance are advised to put into use Zuri, a digital customer care agent in the My Safaricom App, or call Safaricom customer care by dialing 100.

Customers can also visit the nearest Safaricom dealer.
