A section of Kenyatta Avenue will be closed in phases between July 25, and August 12, the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has said.

A statement signed by KeNHA Director General Kung'u Ndung'u indicates the closure will allow re-installation of a cross culvert across Kenyatta Avenue.

"The closure shall be done at off-peak hours from 9 pm to 4 am," said KeNHA in a statement.

Motorists have been urged to exercise caution and courtesy during the period for better traffic management.
