Didier Drogba reveals why Mourinho is tough on Pogba

Chelsea legend Didier Drogba has revealed his opinion on why he thinks Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is treating Paul Pogba the way he is.

Pogba has struggled for form recently and have seen him being dropped for important matches and replaced with youngster Scott McTominay.

It is believed that Pogba’s teammates feels the midfielder is more concerned with his image than his football and Mourinho is losing patience with him.

However, according to the Mirror, Drogba thinks Mourinho likes Pogba a lot and that’s why he gives him a lot of responsibility.

He also reveals that he clashed with the Portuguese manager at Stamford Bridge where he also won three Premier League titles and an FA Cup during his four season spell with the club.

"It was heated between us more than once, but Jose will never attack people he doesn’t like,"Drogba told Telefoot.

"He likes Paul a lot. It’s why he’s given him a lot of responsibility."
