New Jersey man who won $338 million in the Powerball lottery in March 2013 has been charged with sexually assaulting a child, ="https://www.cbsnews.com/news/pedro-quezada-powerball-winner-sex-assault-charges/">CBS News< reported.

Pedro Quezada was arrested on Wednesday and charged with two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault as well as endangering the welfare of a child.

The minor was sexually assaulted for approximately three years while she was between the ages of 11 and 14, Passaic County Prosecutors said in a statement.

After winning the Powerball lottery in 2013, the 49 year old decided to take a $211 million lump sum, leaving him with $152 million after taxes.

If convicted, Quedaza could face 40 years in prison and would have to register as a sex offender.
