Victor Wanyama’s father was nearly denied entry into the Kenyatta stadium in Machakos during Kenya's game against DRC on Sunday.

Noah Wanyama who is Victor Wanyama’s father is said to have been mistreated by security personnel as he tried to access the Kenyatta stadium in Machakos during Kenya’s clash with DRC.

A tweet by the Ministry of Sports Culture confirmed that Wanyama’s father was rescued by fans after security personnel tried to deny him access into the stadium.
