Champions Leicester city are back to their winning ways

Jamie Vardy and Wes Morgan struck for the Foxes but they were made to sweat after a missed Riyad Mahrez penalty and Leroy Fer's header.

Nevertheless the Champions got their first win of the season despite Riyad Mahrez having missed a penalty.

Jamie Vardy opened the scoring with a fierce right-foot finish in off the post in the 32 minute as Leicester dominated. After the break skipper Wes Morgan slammed in a right-foot volley after a corner dropped kindly for him in the 52 minute. The Foxes blew a penalty after Shinji Okazaki was brought down but Mahrez's low spot kick was saved by Lukasz Fabianski to his right in the 56 minute. They then lost keeper Kasper Schmeichel to injury moments later as Ron-Robert Zieler made his debut.

Swansea later improved to pull a goal back 10 minutes from time from Leroy Fer's towering header from Modou Barrow's cross, and although they pushed for an equaliser, Claudio Ranieri's men held out.
