the 25 year old refused to celebrate after scoring

Mo Salah scored Liverpool's goal against Chelsea on Saturday but did not celebrate.

The Egyptian, who made just 13 league appearances for Chelsea during a frustrating two-year spell at Stamford Bridge had put his team ahead in the 65th minute when Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain poked the ball away from a hesitant Tiemoue Bakayoko and the 25 year old  pounced to fire past Courtois.

A fortunate 85th-minute goal from Brazilian Willian earned Premier League champions Chelsea a 1-1 draw at Liverpool after Salah's 15th goal of the season looked to have given the hosts the three points.

Why did he refuse to celebrate?

According to the Sun, Salah’s lack of celebration could have been due to terror attack in Egypt where 305 people were killed on Friday after heavily-armed militants bombed a mosque and opened fire.

Terrorists were carrying the Isis flag when they killed 305 people in an attack on a Sinai mosque, Egypt's public prosecutor's office stated.
