Arturo Vidal has once again urged Alexis Sanchez to leave Arsenal and join him at Bayern Munich.

Arsenal have offered Sanchez - who bagged 30 goals last season – a new deal and insisted they have no intention of letting him leave this summer.

But the 28-year-old is still to agree terms, and could leave on a free transfer in 12 months.

Bayern bosses are keen on adding Sanchez to their ranks, as they eye additional support for Robert Lewandowski and further goal power as they seek to win the Champions League in 2017-18 - having seen Spanish sides dominate since their win in 2013.

Uli Hoeness has already spoken of the club needing 'grenades' to take them forward and improve their squad, with Sanchez the No.1 target.

Manchester City are also keen, although Arsene Wenger has insisted he won't let Sanchez leave for a fellow Premier League side.

Sanchez's compatriot Vidal - currently teaming up with the Gunners man in Russia at the Confederations Cup - started the Bavarian charm offensive a number of months ago.

And now he has once more insisted it's his wish to have Sanchez join him at club level too.

"We’ll see if Alexis is coming, I do not know yet," Vidal told Bild. "I know him very well. He is a spectacular player. And with him, we would surely improve.

“We already have a lot of top-level players. We are the best club in the world."
