Arsene Wenger sends a powerful message to Tottenham ahead of North London derby

Arsene Wenger has directed a warning to Tottenham ahead of today’s North London derby.

Wenger has told Tottenham to pay their players more or risk losing them.

Wenger said this because the Gunners had a similar problem that made them miss out on key targets and thus they lost influential players to their richer rivals.

 “For a longer time, if the budget is too much difference it's impossible. The best players at some stage, when you get to a level, they want to be paid like the other players at that level. If the differential is too big, you're never able to keep your best players,” Wenger said to the Daily Mail.
