Mesut Ozil to Real Madrid just isn’t going away after the midfielder refused to rule out a move back to the Bernabeu in the future, according to the Sun.

The German midfielder, 28, joined the Gunners from the Spanish goliaths [Real Madrid] in 2013 and has set up a part as the key playmaker in Arsene Wenger's side.

As was uncovered on Wednesday, there are reports in Spain that the German superstar would engage a move back to the club.

Furthermore, in a meeting with Marca, Ozil was specifically inquired as to whether he would be interested in playing for Madrid again - and grinned 'you never know'.
