Jose Mourinho has admitted he would be happy to extend his Manchester United contract - despite only signing a deal to become boss less than two months ago.

The Special One signed a three-year contract to take over from Louis van Gaal at the end of May.

Mourinho said: “I have the contract I have and the owners are happy with that.

“To give me a new [extended] contract, I will be happy to do that because that is what I want at this moment in my career. But it depends on many things.”
