Mombasa Sports Club (MSC) will begin their push to avoid relegation from the Kenya Hockey Union (KHU) men's Premier League when they host Kenya

Police and USU-A on Saturday and Sunday respectively.

MSC lost 3-0 to Police in the first leg in April and fell 3-2 to USIU in the reverse fixture and will be desperate to overturn those defeats when they host the pair in Mombasa.

The Coast-based side are currently bottom of the 10-club league, 12 points away from safety but with three games in hand.
MSC have played 11 games, winning one and drawing one while losing nine.

Sixth-placed Sailors will on the other hand play Park road Badgers in Nairobi at City Park from 6pm.

In the women's Premier League, defending champions Blazers will be seeking to move second in the seven-club league when they host USIU Spartans in a top-four clash.

Blazers are currently third with 15 points, two less than second-placed Lakers and 10-points behind leaders Strathmore Scorpions.

USIU Spartans are fourth with nine points but with two games in hand.
