United States International University of Africa (USIU-A) men's hockey club will be seeking to move second in the 2022 Kenya Hockey Union (KHU) Men's Premier League standings when they host Wazalendo in a top-four clash set to be played at City Park on Sunday.

USIU-A are currently fourth in the log with 14 points after winning four of their 10 matches played, drawing two and losing four.

Victory for the university students will see them leapfrog Wazalendo who sits third on the log with 15 points.

Wazalendo have lost three and drawn three matches of the 10 played as they registered four wins.

Wazalendo won 2-0 during the first leg played in March and will be hoping to complete a double over the students.

Wazalendo will also be banking on the poor run of form that USIU-A are currently battling to give them the edge in the match.

USIU have won only one match of their last six matches with the win coming against Western Jaguars in April.

In Mombasa, the bottom-placed Mombasa Sports Club hunt for the first win of their maiden season in the top tier league continues when they host Park road and Greensharks on Saturday and Sunday respectively.

Mombasa Sports Club have only picked a point in their nine matches played where they have lost eight and drawn one.

In the women's premier league, Sailors will face off against Sliders in the battle of relegations.

Sliders occupy the bottom position with two points followed by Sailors who have three points.

Both clubs are yet to win any league match this season.
