Mario Balotelli caught smoking cigarette during holiday in Miami

Italian striker Mario Balotelli  has been photographed smoking while on holiday in Miami with his fiancee Fanny Neguesha.

Balotelli was previously fined by  the Italian club for trying to smoke on a train.

However, it appears that the 23-year-old is sticking to his habit as he was photographed puffing on a cigarette while on his hotel balcony in the United States.

The 23-year-old is on holiday with fiance Fanny Neguesha after a World Cup in which he managed just one goal, a header against England, as Italy were eliminated in the Group Stage.
