Manchester United signed Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal in January after the Chilean ran down his contract forcing the Gunners to cash in on him before his deal expired. His move to United involved Mkhitaryan moving to the Emirates.

Sanchez is still struggling to find his best form and according to reports, Jose Mourinho has ordered United to conduct another transfer raid on Arsenal this summer by signing Aaron Ramsey.

The Wales international is also targeted by Chelsea and has now become one of Mourinho’s top summer wish list.

The 27- years-old’s current contract expires next summer and Arsenal are afraid that the midfielder will refuse to sign an extension with the club. If he will stall on penning a new contract, the Gunners will be forced to sell him before his contract expires to avoid letting their prized asset move on a free transfer deal.

Ramsey is said to be considering his future at the club amid uncertainty around Wenger’s future who is under pressure to exit the club in the summer.

Aaron revealed that he had not agreed a new contract because Arsenal were busy with other contacts and business and did not treat his situation as urgent.

A move to United will see him compete in position with Paul Pogba who has recently been below par in terms of performance.
