Talk of being passionate about what they do, Gor Mahia fans can be one of the best examples around. The fans have shown great talent in being devoted to what they do as a group.
The hype has been all over for the past two weeks to spice up the mood for the upcoming inter branches event and fans have spent most of their energy in what can be termed as interesting banter in social media as we can show below:

Voice of Rumours (VoR) can authoritatively confirm that GMFO Internazionale Rhumba Classic Band has adopted one of late Okatch Biggy’s songs as their anthem. In an exclusive interview with VoR reporters, the GMFO patron Joseph Robert Karua confirmed that the anthem will be sang before and after every game and each person - especially members of his team - will be required to take a sips of his favourite drink, wipe off the froth from his lips and make a sickly face said Eugene Apindi Ochieng.

All set for fans’ day

Organisers have confirmed all arrangements for the fan fest are going on and so far so good. One of the organisers, Ben Agunda said all was in place for the event set for City Stadium on October 18.
"We are set and ready to hold the event on the stated date. The organisers have been working round the clock to ensure the necessary things for the event are available."
Agunda said class and satisfaction was the main priority in their quest to make fans have fun. "It's not just about gathering and having fun, no. We have to consider the best standards of everything we do and offering what all fans will appreciate has been our top most priority because it's their day and they should enjoy to the fullest," he added.
16 teams have registered and some had to be locked out due to technical reasons.
The teams expected to participate include: Face Book Branch, Federal, GMFO Internationale, Unity FC, Family FC, Gor Mahia Fans Foundation, Back Bench Crew, Super Highway Branch, Chini ya Waba, Wazalendo, Far East Branch, Kayole Digital, K'Ogalo Media Select, ODM Stars, Away branch and Lucky Summer.
