The Metro says Chelsea look set to finally shake up their pool of strikers in the summer by letting Romelu Lukaku leave the club permanently and bringing in either Radamel Falcao or Diego Costa.
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is determined to buy a new striker this summer.
