FKF-PL: Tusker silence K'Ogalo to move three points clear

Tusker moved three points clear at the helm of the FKF Premier League after seeing off defending champions Gor Mahia 2-1 in a top of the table match played at Machakos Stadium which hosted a double header Saturday.

The early kick off match saw new Nairobi City Stars tactician Salim Babu watch his side from the stands hold KCB 1-1.

In Mombasa, Shabana led, but failed to hold on as Bandari rallied to rescue a point after a 1-1 draw at Mbaraki Sports Complex as Kenya Police narrowly edged out Muranga SEAL 1-0.

FKF Premier League top scorer Ryan Ogam netted a brace to inspire Tusker win their 10th win of the 2024-2025 season.

Ogam gave the brewers the lead in the 50th minute before Austin Odhiambo levelled with a well taken free-kick in the 69th minute.

With the game headed for draw, Decha delivered a brilliant free-kick that was headed at the back post by Ogam in the 94th minute for a stunning 2-1 win.

Victory moved Tusker three points clear with 33 points. Gor remained fourth with 24 points.

Kenya Police moved second with 30 points after their 1-0 win over Muranga SEAL.
