KCB FC played to a goalless draw against Murang'a Seal in an FKF Premier League match held at the Police Sacco Stadium on Saturday. Despite a spirited display from both sides, neither team managed to find the back of the net, settling for a share of the spoils.

The match started off with KCB FC dominating possession and creating several scoring opportunities. However, Murang'a Seal's defense held firm, denying the Bankers any clear-cut chances. The visitors, on the other hand, looked dangerous on the counter-attack but were unable to convert their chances into goals.

One of the standout moments of the match came in the first half when KCB's Stephen Etyang missed a golden opportunity to put his team ahead. The forward found himself unmarked in the box but failed to direct his header on target, much to the frustration of the home fans.

Murang'a Seal had a chance to take the lead from the penalty spot after Irunev Joseph was fouled inside the KCB box. However, KCB's goalkeeper, Faruk Shikhalo, produced a stunning save to deny the visitors, keeping his team level.

Both teams continued to push for a breakthrough in the second half, but solid defending and goalkeeping ensured that the match ended in a stalemate.

Speaking after the game, KCB's assistant coach, Elvis Ayani, acknowledged his team's missed opportunities but remained optimistic about their performance. "We had numerous open chances today, but we failed to capitalize on them, which could have been costly for us. We will take the lessons learned and focus on the next match," he said.

The draw sees KCB maintain their position in tenth place on the league table with 30 points. They will now turn their attention to their upcoming fixture against Shabana FC as they look to climb up the standings.
