The FKF Premier League matches of on Sunday left a trail of triumphs and tribulations, with Tusker's desolate fate capturing the spotlight.

The 2023-2024 season has not been kind to the former champions, as they stumbled to their fifth defeat in the campaign.

Murang’a SEAL, the newcomers, etched their name in history by claiming a resounding 2-1 victory over the once-unstoppable Tusker.

Tyson Kapchanga and Batts Awita emerged as the unexpected heroes for SEAL, orchestrating a stunning comeback after falling behind.

Their strikes rattled the Brewers, plunging them into a downward spiral. Despite John Byamukama's valiant goal for Tusker, it was insufficient to salvage a sinking ship.

This defeat cruelly relegated them to the 13th spot in the standings, just three points away from the dreaded relegation zone.

Conversely, the resilient SEAL surged ahead, closing in on the league leaders, Posta Rangers.

Posta, usually a dominant force, found themselves at a standstill, shackled to a goalless draw against KCB. SEAL's commendable performance elevated them to just one point below Rangers, boasting 20 points and an insatiable hunger for further glory.
