Record Kenyan champions Gor Mahia have missed a chance to narrow the gap on leaders Kakamega Homeboyz to three points after sharing the spoils with Bidco United in a midweek FKF Premier League match that ended in 1-1 draw at Kasarani Stadium.

Jacob Onyango had given Bidco a first half 1-0 lead only for Samuel Onyango scored from the spot to deny Bidco a win.

The draw left K’Ogalo third in the log with 26 points same as second-placed Nairobi City Stars but with an inferior goal difference. Bidco remain 11th with 18 points.

At Nyayo Stadium, the game between Kenya Police and Ulinzi Stars which had created a buzz around social media circles with a fascinating banter ended in a barren draw.

Not even the league's current top scorer Clifton Miheso could find the back of the net in the much-hyped encounter which extended Police's unbeaten run to eight matches.
