Tusker top scorer Henry Mejja and Rodgers Aloro's first half strikes was enough to hand the brewers three points.

Even a 3-0 win by KCB over Nairobi City Stars could not stop Tusker from popping the champagne.

Tusker finished top of the FKF-PL standings with 65 points, three more ahead of the bankers.

In the process, Matano took home his third Premier League title in his coaching career having guided Tusker to the title in 2012 during his first stint with the club.

He won his first title with Sofapaka in 2009.

Teenage striker Henry Mejja finished as Tusker's top scorer with 10 goals as captain Eugene Asike finished with 14 clean sheets.
