Mwendwa, Alila mourn late FKF chairman

Football Kenya Federation (FKF) president Nick Mwendwa and former Nyanza NEC member Tom Alila have paid a glowing tribute to the late FKF Kisumu branch chairman, Dickson Oruko, who died on Wednesday.

Mwendwa and Alila described the departed official as a selfless football servant.

“Oruko has not only supported my football development agenda wholeheartedly but has also been at the forefront in the running of grassroots football development,” said Mwendwa.

“Oruko was one of the best football administrators in Nyanza. He inducted me into football, ” Alila said.
