Johanna Omolo Foundation has donated foodstuff to families in Dandora in an effort to fight the coronavirus pandemic.

The chairman of the foundation Godfrey Okoti called upon other able and capable Kenyans to help families, especially in the slums.

He said they gave out cooking oil, rice, ugali flour, sugar, handwash, soaps and many more basic necessities to sustain the families.

The foundation was started by Harambee Stars player Johanna Omollo who is based in Sweden.

“Omollo grew up in Dandora and he saw it fit to give back to the community especially in fighting the coronavirus pandemic which has disrupted the lives of many Kenyans," Okoti said.

“We are also calling upon those in privileged positions to support and help in the fight against this pandemic,” he said.
