The English Premier League season gets underway. Reigning champions Manchester City kick off the new season away to Arsenal, under new management with Unai Emery succeeding Arsene Wenger, while rivals Manchester United start their campaign at home to Leicester City at Old Trafford.

Champions League finalists Liverpool kick off their season at Anfield against West Ham United, as Tottenham Hotspur travel to Newcastle United on the opening day for the second successive season.

Elsewhere, fresh from their Championship exploits, promoted teams Wolverhampton Wanderers, Cardiff City and Fulham take on Everton, Bournemouth and Crystal Palace respectively.
