Tammy Abraham completes loan switch to Swansea after signing new five-year contract with Chelsea

Tammy Abraham has signed a new five-year deal at Chelsea ahead of his proposed loan move to Swansea.

The England U21 striker had an excellent spell on loan at Bristol City last term, scoring 26 goals for the Championship side.

Abraham is expected to reunite with Paul Clement at Swansea in the coming weeks.
