The Blues are just one win from being crowned champions after thumping Middlesbrough at Stamford Bridge.

Goals from Diego Costa, Marcos Alonso and Nemanja Matic secured the victory, meaning Chelsea will win the title if they beat West Brom on Friday.

Conte celebrated with his players on the pitch afterwards and his daughter Vittoria led the tributes from the stands.

She held aloft a canvas reading 'The Confather', depicting the Blues boss and his squad.

Conte's wife Elisabetta Muscarello was also in the stands at Stamford Bridge.

After his side's latest win, Conte admitted they needed another "little step" to be crowned champions.

Chelsea boss Conte said: “This step was big, a big step for us. A big win. At this stage of the season, to win is great. Now we need to do another step.

“We have a possibility to do this on Friday against West Brom, but for sure it won't be easy. West Brom are a really good team, a physical team, and we must pay great attention. But we took a big step today.

“My message is now we need to take another step. In this part of the season, we always said it's right to look at ourselves and not wait for the result of the other teams. On Friday we have a good chance to finish this league, to become champions."
