Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez has reportedly been involved in a blazing row with Gunners boss Arsene Wenger.

The Arsenal manager, whose future at the Emirates is a subject of speculation, took the surprising decision to name Sanchez to the bench, bringing on the Chilean international at half-time.

After Arsenal’s 3-1 Premier League loss against Liverpool, Wenger insisted he had no regrets at leaving Alexis Sanchez out of Arsenal's starting line-up.

Sanchez's introduction saw a much-improved second half from the Gunners and a goal from Danny Welbeck, assisted by the substitute.

According to the Mirror, Wenger and Arsenal’s players appear to have to have finally lost patience with the star striker due to his selfish attitude

It is understood there have been several rows with the 28-year-old, because Wenger feels it has been affecting the rest of the squad.

Sanchez also showed frustration during the loss to Bayern just over two weeks ago

Arsenal will target Marco Reus as a potential replacement for Alexis Sanchez as they prepare for life after the Chilean.
