Allstars midfielder Joshua Otieno is back in the country.
The Sony Sugar midfielder, 16, arrived at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) this morning from England after a three day training session at Bishop Burton College, Hull City Academy.
Otieno, a student at Kakamega High School, who failed to even touch the ball following his late substitution during Monday's 2-1 friendly defeat to the Tiger's Development side said he was excited to have remained in UK for exposure.
However, the journey from Kenya to UK was not easy for Joshua Otieno. His first application for United Kingdom visa was rejected on the basis that he did not meet the requirements for parental consent form and was forced to make a fresh application by providing crucial documents. The documents were later accepted.
Having trained with Hull City under 18, the 16 year old is optimistic that there will be more opportunities.
