Former Gor Mahia FC coach Frank Nuttall, who won Kenya Premier league 2014/15 season unbeaten with the club has joined Ghanaian Premier League side Hearts of Oak ahead of the start of the new season.

According to Game Yetu sources, Nuttall signed a two-year contract with the Phobians who have been struggling in recent years.

His appointment follows the departure of the then acting coach, Yaw Preko, a few months ago.

The Scot will be tasked with the responsibility of restructuring of the club to make it a formidable and winsome side in the coming years.

Nuttall left K'Ogalo in 2016 after falling out with club’s management in the wake of confrontation over pay.

He then joined Egyptian giants, Zamalek, but did not stay at the club for longer than his contract.
