Marco Reus and Antoine Griezmann are on Arsene Wenger's list of potential signings if he loses one of his top stars, according to Squawka.
The futures of Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil remain up in the air with contract negotiations still ongoing between the club and its representatives.
Reus, 27, and Griezmann, 25, have both been linked with moves to the Emirates in the past and they reportedly still top Wenger's wishlist.
Sanchez and Ozil are demanding over £200,000 a week to sign new deals and the club are acceptant that they might have to make exceptions to their wage structure to keep them.
A similarly large wage might have to be offered to lure Reus or Griezmann to the Emirates.
