Blow to Chelsea as Diego Costa plots move

Chelsea striker Diego Costa has asked for a transfer from Old Trafford, a day after they were defeated by Rapid Vienna in their friendly match opener.
According to mirror sports, Diego handed Chelsea a written transfer request, after considering on move to Atletico Madrid.
The Brazilian has scored 21 times at Chelsea and was a key player in Chelsea’s 2015 Premier League title victory.
During unsuccessful 2015/16 season, Costa netted 16 times as the Blues finished 10th.
