David Beckham's son Romeo is reportedly set to leave Arsenal's academy, months after his older brother Brooklyn parted company with the club's youth set-up.

Although nothing has yet been confirmed, the Daily Mail report that staff at the Gunners' Hale End academy expect the 13-year-old to soon move on.

They claim that sources say there are issues that need to be resolved before his exit is finalised, but the process is under way.

Romeo's elder brother Brooklyn left the academy earlier this year after he failed to secure a scholarship with the north London side.

Cruz Beckham - the youngest of the three brothers - is still at the academy.

Romeo last month walked out with the England team at Wembley, when he was mascot for the Three Lions' Euro 2016 qualifying win over Switzerland.

The teenager accompanied current England skipper Wayne Rooney out onto the hallowed turf in what was a birthday present from his dad.

It is not clear if Romeo will look for a new club and continue to pursue a career in the game.
