Petr Cech suffered a nightmare Premier League debut for Arsenal as the goalkeeper's costly blunder condemned the Gunners to a shock 2-0 defeat against West Ham on Sunday.

When Thibaut Courtois was sent off for Chelsea against Swansea, Arsenal fans everywhere laughed, chortled and chuckled.

With Petr Cech now firmly a Gooner, they seized on the chance to troll their London rivals about no longer having the Premier League winner to call upon.

Sadly for all Gunners fans, the universe clearly took notice of all their abuse.

Flying out of his goal, punching at thin air and seeing West Ham go 1-0 up.

And his second? Getting beaten at his near post to see Arsenal go 2-0 down.

Arsenal fans have now taken to social media to vent their frustration over today's 2-0 loss against West Ham - with new signing Petr Cech bearing the brunt of the criticism as Chelsea fans laugh and joke about it.
