Arsenal are set to miss out on Barcelona forward Pedro.

The Daily Star report Chelsea are set to tie up a deal for the winger, for £22million.

Barca boss Luis Enrique wants to keep him, but says he will not stand in his way.

Enrique said: "My wish is that Pedro stays, but there are circumstances in his contract and I will respect his opinion if he wants to leave."

Pedro is reportedly concerned of a repeat of last season when the new campaign begins and is therefore keen on a move to Chelsea.
