Chelsea are close to completing a deal for Atletico Madrid star Arda Turan, pipping Manchester United to the Turkish international
This is according to the Daily Mail, who claim sources close to the Turkey international have indicated he would prefer a move to Chelsea in a £29million deal this summer.
The Blues are emerging as strong candidates to land the talented Turkey star ahead of next season.
PSG are also keen on the Turkish midfielder.
