Chelsea's key fixtures as EPL kicks off in August

The champions Chelsea begin by hosting Swansea looking to extend an enviable opening day record at home.

And they'll need to hit the ground running as they visit Manchester City in their second game, with Arsenal following at Stamford Bridge a month later as Jose Mourinho's bid for back-to-back titles gets an early investigation.
