Pep Guardiola will reportedly receive a £200million transfer war chest in the summer as part of an extravagant rebuild at Manchester City.

And two targets allegedly at the top of the Citizens' wishlist are former Manchester United forward Romelu Lukaku and Red Devils target Erling Haaland.

Guardiola was handed more than £100m to spend on Ruben Dias and Nathan Ake in the summer transfer window, as City strengthened their defence.

But with Sergio Aguero yet to agree new terms at the Etihad, the club is looking at long-term successors up front.

The first of these, according to The Telegraph, is Borussia Dortmund striker Haaland.

The Norwegian is widely regarded as one of the best young forwards on the planet, having impressed at Salzburg and then improving in Germany.

The other name reportedly on City's wishlist is something of a surprise: Lukaku.

The Belgium international was signed by Jose Mourinho at Manchester United before Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took the reins and sold him to Inter Milan.

Lukaku has improved immeasurably in Italy and City are said to be keeping close tabs on him ahead of the summer transfer window.

Benfica youngster Darwin Nunez is another striker City are monitoring.
