The Premier League’s individual awards have been handed out after the campaign came to an end.

Manchester City ended up pipping Liverpool to the post after a dramatic title race that went down to the wire.

Virgil van Dijk and Raheem Sterling scooped the main gongs while the Golden Boot was shared between three players - Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

But just who has been the most decisive player in the Premier League?

The list is made up of the players with the most goals and assists combined across the 2018/19 Premier League campaign.

There is a clear winner too, and we may well have see him in the Premier League for the last time.
