PSG superstar Neymar has shared a training update ahead of his side's pivotal European two-legged tie with Manchester United.

The Brazilian forward is currently out of action after he sustained a metatarsal injury in a fiery game against Strasbourg in the French Cup.

He was ruled out for up to 10 weeks, which means that he will more than likely miss both legs of PSG's Champions League clash with a resurgent Manchester United.

Nevertheless, in a video posted on OTRO.com, Neymar gives a first look at his training regime since his absence was announced - and he seems to be recovering well.

In the video, he can be seen performing exercises and lifting weights, before going through the results on a computer screen.
