Alexis Sanchez reportedly wants out of Manchester United in January.

The Chilean hasn't even been at Old Trafford for 12 months but is said to be eyeing a move to PSG when the transfer window reopens.

Sanchez has returned to the United starting line-up in a central striking role in recent weeks due to an injury to Romelu Lukaku.

But he is reportedly unhappy with life at United and both parties could look to secure a move away in January.

The Times reports Sanchez feels 'lonely' and 'ignored' at Old Trafford and has been somewhat isolated by his teammates.

Incredibly, it is claimed he now only speaks to just three other members of Jose Mourinho's squad.

The trio in question are Spanish pair David De Gea and Juan Mata, and Lukaku.

It is reported that United's squad believe Sanchez hasn't taken enough strides to improve his English skills in order to fit in in the dressing room.

United take on City in the Manchester derby and it remains to be seen if Sanchez will be involved.

He was heavily linked with the Premier League champions a year ago before Pep Guardiola cooled his interest.

United have Lukaku available again after injury but reports suggest the former Chelsea and Everton striker will start on the bench.

And he could be joined among the substitutes by midfielder Paul Pogba, who has been struggling with a knock this week.

The Frenchman is set for a late fitness test ahead of kick-off at the Etihad with Marouane Fellaini in line to replace him if he doesn't make it.
