Sinan Bytyqi forced to retire at just 22

Manchester City starlet Sinan Bytyqi has been forced to retire after heart problems.

According to the Daily Mail, the 22 year old had been diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, a disease in which a portion of the heart muscle is enlarged, preventing it from working properly.

Bytyqi, who fled war-hit Kosovo with his family as a baby will now become an Etihad scout.
