Chile playmaker Arturo Vidal has announced he will retire from international duty at the end of their 2018 World Cup trail.
The Bayern Munich midfielder has been part of squad that has been on a losing streak during the world cup qualifiers.
Taking to Instagram, the 30-year-old said: “Sorry Chile for these two defeats!!
“We gave it our all but we couldn’t do it. We will carry on fighting!
“I have two games and the World Cup left, thank you for all your love over the years.”
