Big blow for Manchester United as their transfer target signs for another team

Manchester United’s coach Jose Mourihno is a distraught man as one of his transfer targets, Gabriel Barbosa is set to join Inter Milan

Inter Milan are on the verge of signing Gabriel Barbosa from Santos.

Gabriel, who Manchester United were interested in, arrived in Italy on Friday to seal a move to the Serie A club.

Inter-milan confirmed the news on the club's official Twitter account.

Another one-time United target, Portugal winger Joao Mario, is also on his way to the San Siro.

In other new, Andreas Pereira, the Manchester United attacking midfielder, has agreed to join La Liga side Granada.

The 20-year-old Brazilian will spend the whole of this season on loan before returning to Old Trafford.

Pereira played 11 times for Manchester United last season, scoring once.

The United manager's first choice was for Pereira to join a Premier League club, but the youngster will instead continue his development in Spain.
