Manchester United will attempt to consolidate their place at the top of the Premier League table when Southampton visit Old Trafford on Friday night.

The stage is set for the world's most expensive player, Paul Pogba, to make his second debut for the 20-time English champions.

He is expected to start against Saints in what will also be Jose Mourinho's first competitive home match in charge of the Red Devils.

Southampton, meanwhile, go into the game off the back of a 1-1 draw in their opening match of the season against Watford.
