Ricardo Quaresma's headed extra-time goal earned Portugal a 1-0 win over Croatia and a place in the quarter-finals of Euro 2016 on Saturday.

In a match which only caught fire in the closing minutes, Croatia's Ivan Perisic hit a post with a header. Seconds later Cristiano Ronaldo's shot was saved but pushed into Quaresma's path by Croatian keeper Danijel Subasic in the 117th minute.
