Hector Bellerin insists Arsenal head into the break convinced they are still in the title hunt.

Arsene Wenger’s men won 2-0 at Everton on Saturday to secure their first league win for over a month.

Leicester’s victory hours later at Crystal Palace took the shock league leaders 11 points clear of the third-placed Gunners having played a game more.

But despite the big gap with just eight games to go Bellerin believes Arsenal are still genuine contenders.

He said: “Definitely. It is great time to go on the international break after a win.

“And it’s time for the players to recharge their batteries because it is the last bit of the season and it is important for us."
